The up to 1 hour consultation was very informative. I was asking about the health condition considerations for a visa... application. My Husband & I were in a Long Distance Relationship for the majority of our relationship and we approached Marcus after... seeing Fair Go recommended somewhere on Facebook, to see if he could help us with the VISA application (as it can be seemingly more complicated for LDR). We paid for the "Remote Consultation Fee" and spoke to Marcus who had sent us previous questions to answer. Marcus was thorough, helpful and generally great to speak to - he put our minds at ease and was very clear in what he said, making sure we understood and that any questions we had were answered, even sending over a consultation debrief email after with some of what we had discussed. The price that Fair Go was asking was more than reasonable for the time, effort and energy that they put into the work they do - it was just unfortunately out of our budget at that time (blame the rather hefty charge for moving a dog from the UK to AUS) so we only had the pleasure of dealing with Marcus for the Remote Consultation but we were really pleased with the service provided for that. We also received an email after I had moved to Australia from Fair Go to check in and find out how things had gone, which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend.read more

I got to know of the amazing and competent Marcus through a social media group and contacted him (among few others)... regarding my complicated case. Right from the reply, I knew he was the right one for all my legal immigration purposes. We then had a nice one-hour consultation and the level of honesty and clarity he brought to the table during then made it clear there could be no one else better suited to provide help with my case. (I happily recall letting him know over social media messaging that I would like only him as the one dealing with my case; being unaware back then that it was a small boutique legal firm since the level of professionalism I felt made me assume he must be from a huge firm)Thus, I hired Marcus to help me with my Student (500) visa and not only he took care of my visa application but also of making sure I get admission in the institution I was desiring to be admitted in along with offering help with regards to translation service and OSHC insurance.
