Fair Go Visa Consultants is directed by Joshua Sharman-Selvidge and Marcus De Witt Ryall. Joshua and Marcus are both Registered Migration Agents with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland. Joshua graduated from Griffith University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Relations. He has worked with one of Brisbane’s largest migration firms for many years, along with smaller agencies and has experience across all visa subclasses. Joshua has a particular interest in Employer Sponsored Visas and has worked with small and large companies to meet their workforce needs.
He is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for his clients, and has a no nonsense approach to advising on potential migration pathways. Joshua’s mother migrated to Australia, and he has successfully had his own Partner Visa approved, so he personally understands both sides of the visa process.
Marcus De Witt Ryall LLB (Hons), BJourn, GDLP

Marcus graduated with a Bachelor of Laws / Journalism with First-Class Honours from the Queensland University of Technology in 2016. Marcus started his career in insurance law and then worked with several migration firms throughout Brisbane. Marcus is experienced in all visa subclasses but has a particular interest in Student and Partner Visas.
He is driven to exceed client expectations and works to ensure that they fully understand their options. He wants people to be empowered to make decisions that affect their future. His grandparents and extended family migrated to Australia from Malaysia. So he understands the life changing effects of migration and the joy of unifying family within the same country.
