REVIEWS
I am very impressed by him and I am even more impressed that I followed thru with my gut to make contact with him. His advice invaluable, Honest and rather verbale, so expect a tirade of enthusiasm. Thank u, not for a potential visa, but for a relationship worth buildingread more

Marcus has been an absolute... ~delight~ to work with from start to finish, whilst COVID-19 had caused me and my partner stress and uncertainty in getting him to Australia.
He is incredibly proactive, punctual, and easy to work with in the way he delivers his services.
We needed to obtain a unique document from Marcus that was used for French border police (Even when we needed help on non-Australian affairs, he was there to guide and complete what we needed), to which, from our understanding, had not been done before. He executed this in a very timely manner, working after office hours, whilst giving us many opportunities to alter or change any information with no extra cost.
Above all, we were immensely impressed by his caring nature, in delivering this to us as quick as possible, as we asked.
I make note that Marcus even checked in (more than once!) to see if my partner had made it to his destination, even after our dealings were finished. I now know that any immigration matters will be of ease for me and my partner, which is a major relief.
This was exactly the type of help we needed. We can tell Fair Go Visas’ values and ethics are in line with what matters most to their clients.
Thank you again for everything you did for us Marcus.

Marcus has been a great help for my Partner and I. We were stuck in a difficult situation... and first came to him for some advice. In a initial consultation, he was kind enough to talk to me for over an hour, explaining my options for free! We then decided, that he was the right guy to help us through the Partner Visa process. Marcus is very professional and understanding. He always relied to us at all sorts of late hours to numerous questions. All advice, emails, templates, were very detailed and clear to understand. Without his help, we would have never been able to fill the application with evidence to the extent that it is now! With Marcus’ help we were able to finalise the application in just 4 weeks! He took a lot of weight of our shoulders in these stressful times.
FairGoVisa genuinely cares about their clients and I would highly recommend it.read more

OUR CONSULTATION PROCESS
Booking a consultation is the first step in your migration journey. The consultation is a one-on-one session with an experienced Migration Agent to establish your visa and/or Citizenship options. Everyone has a unique migration pathway. After all, there is only one person with your background.
The migration system is tricky and there are many hidden traps. The Migration Act and Regulations are the second most complex piece of legislation in Australia, behind the Taxation Act. However, the Migration Act changes more often. We charge a flat fee of $250 (GST included) for a consultation that usually lasts one hour.
Our consultations differ from other migration firms, and in particular our consultations consist of:
- Research Stage – we request relevant documents from you and review your circumstances (about 1 hour).
- Consultation Stage – we discuss your options, seek any further information and answer your questions (about 1 hour).
- Written Advice – we provide you with a written summary of the consultation, including any options that you have and any risks you need to be aware of (about 1.5 hours).

There are many traps and pitfalls and Australia’s border restrictions are notoriously strict, don’t expect leniency or second chances. Throw in private assessing authorities, state decision making bodies, and inconsistent application of rules across the board and there are good reasons for getting a seasoned professional to guide you through the process. Due to the complexity of consultations, a consultation fee will include eligibility assessment for one person only.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
Please provide 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or move an appointment. This will ensure appointments are made available to other customers. If you cancel within 24 hours of an appointment, we will not be able to refund your consultation fee. This reflects the cost incurred in preparing for your consultation, administrative costs and our potential loss of business in reserving your time slot.
An administrative fee of AUD $60.00 (GST Incl.) will be the minimum charge for other cancellations. Where the agent has spent time preparing for the consultation, reasonable fees will be charged to cover this cost (up to the maximum full cost of the consultation).
If you wish to cancel or move an appointment, please send us an email at [email protected].
TERMS & CONDITIONS
When booking a consultation –
1. You agree that scope of services provided in the consultation is limited to the oral consultation and written summary of advice. The Registered Migration Agent (“Agent”) will not be expected (except where otherwise agreed) to provide updates on your individual migration matter or pathways.
2. You agree that the Agent will not be held responsible for changes in legislation, policy, administration or any other changes beyond the Agent’s control that occur after the written summary of advice has been issued.
3. You provide express consent for your Agent to conduct VEVO checks where required. VEVO is an online database managed by the Department of Home Affairs. A VEVO query will give your Agent quick access to critical information about your visa including expiry dates and conditions applicable to your visa. Where the Agent does not believe that it is in your best interest to conduct a VEVO query, the Agent will request this information in another way.
4. You agree that the Agent may provide to the Department of Home Affairs any requested information if and only if compelled by law.
5. If you arrive late to your consultation, there are no guarantees that you will get the full benefit of that consultation. This is in fairness to other clients that may follow your booking.
6. We reserve the right to re-book your consultation for a different time. We will only do this where absolutely necessary – for example, to allow for adequate preparation time.
7. You recognise that the consultation is to work out your eligibility for a particluar visa or to discuss complex issues. The Agent will not provide advice in relation to procedural aspects of preparing an application nor will they share documents checklists, templates or any other visa preparation material.
8. Consultations are capped to one extra person (in addition to the person who has booked the consultation) in attendance except where the Agent has consented otherwise. Advice will generally be restricted to one application, unless where the Agent has agreed otherwise.
